Our classes are designed for those aged 16 and over, unless prior experience has been discussed with our coaching team. While we currently don’t offer classes for younger age groups, this is something we’re working towards in the future. Our goal is to provide a safe, structured environment for all ages — and that means ensuring age-appropriate training and partners. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our class offerings!
