At Attitude BJJ Academy, we’re committed to helping you achieve your goals with a structured and dynamic training schedule. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our classes are designed to suit all skill levels.

Weekly Training Schedule

Our sessions run four days a week in the evenings, providing the perfect opportunity to balance training with your daily commitments:

  • Monday: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

  • Tuesday: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

  • Thursday: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

What’s Included in Our Training?

Each session is thoughtfully designed to cover key aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:

  • Warm-ups and mobility drills to enhance flexibility and prevent injuries.

  • Technical instruction focusing on core techniques, positions, and submissions.

  • Partner drills to build confidence and reinforce techniques.

  • Live training (rolling) to test your skills in a controlled, friendly environment.
