Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy Advance Booking: Members are encouraged to book classes at least 24 hours in advance via our online booking system or app. Class Capacity: Each class has a maximum capacity to ensure safe training space. Once the class is fully booked, a waitlist option will be available. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations: If you cannot attend a booked class, please cancel as soon as possible to free up your spot for other members. Cancellations can be made through our booking system. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will be considered late. Members with repeated late cancellations may lose booking privileges or incur a small fee. No-Shows: If a member fails to cancel and doesn’t attend, it is considered a no-show. After three no-shows in a 30-day period, the member’s booking privileges may be temporarily suspended. 3. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: If a class is fully booked, members can add themselves to the waitlist through the booking system. Waitlist Notifications: If a spot becomes available, members will be notified via email or text in the order they joined the waitlist. You will need to confirm attendance within two hours of receiving the notification. 4. Additional Guidelines Repeated Cancellations: Members with frequent cancellations (over 50% of booked classes in a 30-day period) may receive a courtesy reminder or have their booking privileges reviewed. Booking Priority: For popular classes, we prioritize members who have consistently attended and followed our booking and cancellation policies.
